Founder

William L. Olivari, CPA
William “Bill” Olivari, the founder of the firm, has over 42 years of accounting experience and specializes in litigation support, individual and small business tax management services and many other accounting services. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Partners / Shareholders

John S. Olivari, CPA, CVA
John Olivari, Partner, has over 32 years of accounting experience and is a Certified Vaulation Analyst. He specializes in business valuations, financial and compliance audits, individual and small business tax management, and many other accounting services. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst.

Mary Greenlees, Trust & Estate Specialist
Mary Greenlees, Partner, has over 31 years of accounting experience and specializes in individual and small business tax management services, trust and estate planning, litigation support, and many other accounting services. Mary is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Volusia County Estates and Trust Council.

Professional and Paraprofessional Staff

Dan Warren, CPA
Dan re-joined the firm in 2007. He received his BS in accounting from the University of Central Florida. Dan’s 16 years of experience in public and private accounting makes him a strong asset in our commitment of bringing high value to all of our clients. Dan specializes in audits and tax management services for individuals and small businesses. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Christine Lydecker, CPA
Chris joined the firm in 1996. She received her BS and MS from American University. Prior to joining our firm, Chris worked with a national firm in Orlando, Florida. She brings a strong background in individual and small business tax management. Chris is a member of the Florida Institute of Public Accountants.

Johnny Svajko, CPA
Johnny joined the firm in 2005, bringing with him several years of experience in tax and small business accounting. He received his BS in accounting from the University of Central Florida, and his MS in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Johnny specializes in many areas of tax management including individual, small business and nonprofit organizations. Johnny is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Karen Duranceau
Karen joined the firm in 1981. With over 28 years of accounting and tax experience, Karen specializes in individual and small business tax management services.

Beverly Mitchell
Beverly joined the firm in 2001. She brought to the firm over 25 years experience in the banking industry and currently specializes in client accounting, payroll and tax services.

Ryan Roberson
Our newest addition to our firm, joining us in 2010, Ryan is a CPA candidate currently completing graduate level coursework at Nova Southeastern University. Ryan holds a Bachelors of Science from Daytona State College in Business Management and has a concentration of coursework in accounting. Ryan comes from a construction background and holds an active roofing license with the State of Florida. Ryan has proven himself as an asset to our firm and to our clients as an auditor, small business consultant and tax preparer.
